CLERK'S OFFICE
The City Clerk’s office is responsible for the preparation, maintenance and distribution of all city records including but not limited to, ordinances, resolutions, meeting agendas and minutes, cemetery records, requests for rezoning, requests for variances and annexations. In addition, the City Clerk’s office processes all utility requests and utility payments as well as the purchasing of business licenses and cemetery lots.
